Equipment description

JANNUS Saclay installation currently consists of three electrostatic ion accelerators. The first machine is a 3 MV Pelletron accelerator equipped with an ECR source and can provide multi-charged ions. The second machine is a 2.5 MV single floor Van de Graaff equipped with a radiofrequency source. The third machine, a 2 MV tandem with source SNICS-II, has been put into service in November 2009.
